Second annual meeting of the organization

Международен Алианц за Развитие и във връзка с изпълнение на проект 2017-0503, кани всички свои членове, партньори и приятели на Втора годишна среща на организацията.

Срещата ще се състои от 06-08.09.2017г. в град София, зала Проджект Лаб, бул. Княгиня Мария Луиза 58, при следния дневен ред:

1. Обсъждане и приемане на техническия и финансов отчет на организацията за периода януари – август 2017 г.;
2. Обсъждане и приемане на работната програма за периода януари – декември 2018 г.;
3. Обсъждане и приемане на Стратегическия план на организацията за периода 2018-2020 г.;
4. Представяне на програмите Еразъм+ и Европа за гражданите и възможности за участие;
5. Обсъждане на текущи въпроси и задачи, свързани с изпълнение на годишния план и политиката на организацията;
6. Приемане на нови членове.

INVITATION

International Development Alliance in the implementation of the project 2017-0503, invites all its members, partners and friends of the Second annual meeting of the organization.

The meeting will be held from 06-08.09.2017, Sofia Hall Project lab, 58 Maria Luiza Blvd., with the following agenda:

1. Discussion and approval of the technical and financial report of the organization for the period January – August 2017;
2. Discussion and adoption of the work program for the period January – December 2018;
3. Discussion and adoption of the Strategic Plan of the organization for the period 2018-2020;
4. Presentation of the Erasmus + and Europe for Citizens and the possibilities for participation;
5. Discussion of current issues and tasks related to the implementation of the annual plan and policy of the organization;
6. Adoption of new members.
