 International Training Course – Acting Through Games

Descrption: The aim of the training course was to show youth leaders and workers from different countries how they can use games and activities as informal teaching methods. Moreover the aim of the international course was to learn them how to take the benefits from their work, to have the desired affects and not to lose the potential learning moments. The main topic of the training course was the introduction of the “debriefing method”. What is debriefing? How do we do it? When | where | with whom can we use it? – a method of questioning participants after an activity in order to facilitate the ‘experience’ becoming ‘learning’. The objective of the training course was improve quality of youth projects and daily work, to increase the skill level and confidence of the participants with regards to debriefing. This happen trought gi v ing all of the 25 participants a chance to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies, and to help them recognize the value of such experience trought group works and sharing experience.
